I would like to thank you and your wonderful  staff for an extra ordinary holiday. All your employees  did a very good job in ensuring we were comfortable all the time. Especially your trainee Bakari at the Beach bar (waves )did all outstanding good service. He is very polite, friendly and helpful. Also he manages to always have a good overview of the whole beach so that  not a single guest had to wait for fresh drinks. As it is part of my  business to observe and train staff ,I was  actually surprised to  realize Bakari is a trainee.Conglatulations to your Human resources department , Mr. Mata , they made a good pich!This goes also for your entire guest relations team  and furthermore for Fauz ,Thomas , Humphrey  and Kevin (Food & Beverage )and your lovely hostess Doreen. Special thanks also F &  B manager William who has a very good way of leadership with his team. Now all I  can I say is to express my hope of another vacation  at Diani Reef. See U.

HOLIDAY AT DIANIREEF

Dear Aditya

We would just like to thank you and your staff for the lovely holiday we had at your excellent hotel. The service that was provided from the initial email confirmation, the transportation to the hotel and the welcome from both you and your staff was incredible. As a professional Chef for the last 35 years and now a Food Inspector I have seen a variety of services supplied for customers dining, the service that your Chefs supply is second to none. The food at each of your dining facilities was excellent at all times and as well as this the staff achieved excellence both at the front of the hotel and on the beach in providing outside functions such as the Halloween night, they are a credit to you. 

The Christmas function was a treat and really made the holiday, it brought back a lot of memories of mixing Christmas cake over the years in the British Army.

We had a lovely relaxing time at every point and the staff were very polite but remained at a distance unless you wanted something. Your entertainments team provided some excellent entertainment. 

We will strongly be recommending your hotel to our friends, particularly those serving with the British Army in Nairobi and we soon be planning another future visit.

Please pass on my compliments to all your staff, particularly the catering team who work so hard.
