Wedding & honeymoon appreciation

Hi Aditya,

We have just returned from Kenya after having a wonderful wedding and honeymoon and wanted to tell you what an amazing wedding day we had with you. It was beyond anything we could have dreamed of and wanted to thank you and your staff so much for making our special day so perfect. Kim, myself and all our family had such a wonderful stay at Diani, the hotel and the grounds are stunning which gave a fantastic backdrop for our wedding. The food was fabulous with so much choice for breakfast and dinner but it’s yourself and all the staff that made our stay truly memorable and left us wanting to come back. We would also like to thank you for your generous gesture on our leaving and also the upgrade to the suite the morning after our wedding.

    Could you please thank all the people involved in our day from Noela who is lovely, to the chef who prepared our food for the evening and the staff who served us. We chose the Italian menu and it was amazing. The whole day was unbelievable, so relaxed and professional, and something that we simply couldn't expect back in England.

We are homesick already for Diani, and really want to return next year to celebrate our 1^st Anniversary with you. If your offer still stands I will contact you before we book to see any deal that you would be able to do for us on the price.

Once again, thank you for helping us to have a wedding like no other.

Thanks for all your professional service and involvement during our stay in March.  My whole family and friends truly enjoyed the hotel, the staff and the whole atmosphere.  Well done to you and your staff - in particular to our tennis hostess.

I will keep my promise to deliver to the hotel two tennis court fence banners.  This will further increase the quality of your courts and make playing there easier as no balls will fly through the fence.  The purpose of the banners are also to "lock in" the tennis courts so it feels more private.  as all banners on tennis courts, the banners I will send to you will have advertising on them as I put my company's name on.  I hope you do not mind.  If you do, just let me know.

KLM, the airline carrier, gave me a bonus around trip to Kenya for Ingrid (my fiancée) and my self as "thank you" for using them for my 21 people group.  We would like to use this to again come to your hotel as we like it a lot / and because we need to see how the banners are looking.  Would you be able to offer me a very special deal for a junior suite?
