Thank you for your greetings it was a lovely pleasure staying at your hotel even though I had that mishap of putting my foot through the bottom of your boat at the wave bar but the attention I got off your sercurity guard was very good and the speed that the boat was repaired was very quick.
Mary was very pleased with the xmas decorations. 

If in the future I can afford to come back to Kenya I would definetly come back to your hotel and would love to bring my husband with me as I would like him to see the changes that have been made to the hotel (all good) as we were there 13 years ago.

You should be very proud of your staff as most of them go beyond the call of duty and are always pleasant.

Once again it was lovely staying with you all.

After much research on the internet, I found Diani Reef Resort and Spa. The photographs were beautiful and had exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival I knew my decision was right. The service has been consistently outstanding and the resort amenities great. The staff went out of their way to make sure my visit was the best. I shall tell others about this great place and hope to return again.
