I would just like to thank you personally for the excellent holiday both me and my father have just had at the hotel.As you know I have stayed at the hotel 4 times and everytime it is excellent and never fails to impress. The staff are all very hard working and the service they provide is excellent.I would also like to thank you for the jnr Suite you kindly allowed us to upgrade to and also the drinks I had with you on the last night. All these things when put together make the hotel a place you want to stay at again and again.
Thank you once again for a great holiday and I look forward to staying at the hotel in the very near future.
