I must acknowledge all efforts put in to make the Christmas eve and the Christmas Day “ special “ for all our guests .

The Team rose to the occasion , held up against difficult situations and delivered “ beyond expectations “.

Be it with the arrival / departure experience , baggage , security , billing , accounting , material, stores , Food & Beverage variety, quality and service , inroomand public area housekeeping , laundry , spa services , swimming pool, Guest Relations  and entertainment : each one excelled and delivered with passion and a “smile “.

I must compliment the drivers , tailors , stewarding,  engineering , kitchen( including Ujaama ) and gardeners for providing unstinted support during this peak time.

Sales, Reservations , Front Desk , Finance , Controls , Human Resource  must be mentioned  for working  effectively and getting the hotel delivery to a distinct level.

Keep up the good work – I am proud of you all .
