QURAT & NAJUM WEDDING JANUARY 2011

Dear Mr. Mata / Ms Carol,

I hope my email finds you in good health & all is well at your end.

I would like to thank you & your team for such a warm welcome & hospitality extended to us during our recent stay at the Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa to host the wedding of our dear friends Qurat & Najum.

It was indeed a pleasure to have met such a dedicated & a professional team who carried out their services with a smile which has left a very pleasant & cherish able moments in the hearts of us all. We were really happy right through from the initial planning stage to the end of our trip as we were handled very delicately with a personal touch ensuring that each one of us was comfortable & felt at home despite of being away from home.

The food was amazing & very delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Kislay & his team especially Mr. Himmat for the Dal Makhani & other delicacies, Mr Jagdish for the hot Naans & Tandoori Corner, Ms Damaris for the overall supervision ensuring that the food was moto moto at all times & that the refilling was done without any supervision. The wedding cake was just really the best one could ever could have. It just melted in the mouth. Mr. Kislay handled all the catering & supervisory issues very professionally & the variety was just too good. They all served us with a big smile. It would be wrong of me not to appreciate the dessert & the variety at each & every events. The presentation was just superb. ALL THE FOOD WAS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!WELL DONE!!!

On the rooms side, we all were very happy that we got the sea facing rooms. The décor & facilities provided was very welcoming & made our stay a pleasant & enjoyable one.

The waiters- Paul & Dorcas with their team ( am sorry do not remember all of them) made sure that all our guests were comfortable & served us very efficiently without any delays. They were smartly dressed & well presented at all times. They served us with a smile… Mr. William was also very helpful in assisting us for the set up & other admin issues.

To be honest, I really regret not having attended to my cousin sister’s wedding which took place in October 2010. I can imagine how much fun they all must have had.

Lastly but not the least – Our special thanks goes to Mr.Deshraj who at all times supervised all the events & made sure that the set up was done to our expectations, handling the entire wedding event & planning with Ms Reena & assisting with the people to carry out the designated tasks in good time. We were very comfortable that the events will be a great success as you all were ready to have us on board & to cater to our needs. Mr. Deshraj was just great. His energy levels & spirits were high right from the beginning making our tasks & responsibilities easier.

Mr Albert was also very helpful during the thanks giving as well as for the speedy checking out process.

Thank you Mr Mata for having such a great team serve us as we truly had a memorable time at Diani & you are the man behind it all!!!! We were aware that though you were not physically there at all occasions & events, you did pass by silently before & after the events getting a feedback from the team to ensure that we did not experience any shortcomings & that all our needs were catered for without any form of inconvenience being caused to us.  Thank you. You have a great team. Keep up the great spirits. It was truly a great African hospitality enjoyed. It is Paradise on Earth. Imagine how heaven would be!!!!

We all will indeed be visiting you soon & please do keep in touch.
