Dear Aditya,

Albeit a little late, but on behalf of the Nathoo family, I would like to thank you and your team sincerely for making our family holiday at the Diani Reef  Resort so memorable.   It will be a holiday to remember for a very long time.

May I take this opportunity to thank you first for the wonderful welcome, the rose petals indeed started the holiday in style!  Thank you also for your time and patience during our stay there.  Thanks also  to Albert for all the wonderful work and time spent on taking such good care of us.  Our thanks also to Avin and "Chef" who were equally wonderful in feeding us, we all came back with a few extra kilos, not talking about our luggage!

Our surprise at being given the Presidential Suite, that was most unexpected!  The room service, the wine, the champagne, the wonderful food and mostly, the one hundred and one percent attention afforded to us; we could not have asked for a better vacation.  My sister who joined us from Canada was most impressed, and has asked that we also forward her appreciation for making her holiday to Kenya so enjoyable.

Bobby, Our heartfelt thanks to you for welcoming us so graciously to your hotel.  I congratulate you on the excellent team you have at Diani Reef, they do you proud.

Noren informed me that recently you made the cover of Hotelier India and was someone to watch out for in the resort industry!  I am not surprised at all considering our experience due to your generosity.
