    Dear Team

    This was not just a wedding – it was a five night experience and I am delighted to share the comments of the family members / friends , and of the couple , who stayed with us last week.

    Each one of you contributed to make this a success. I am grateful to all who stayed from morning to night , put on a smile and even missed meals to ensure work went on seamlessly . Kudos to the Attachments and Trainees as well who complimented all efforts especially in F & B , HK and Kitchen .

    Planning and facilitation for this event started eight months ago and all fell into place in the manner desired – arrivals, baggage , departure , billings ,FO, F & B , Food , Housekeeping , Guest Relations , Engineering , Stewarding , Gardners, Security , Maya Spa, Purchase- Receiving – Stores, Finance , IT , Drivers – FANTASTIC EFFORT TEAM DRBRS .

    I am proud of you all .

    Keep up the good work and ensure we continue to “ exceed expectations “ – stay Blessed .

    We are both a bit disheartened to be leaving. The past week at Diani was truly magic. Our wedding surpassed our expectation. The staff, food and hospitality at Diani is unmatchable. A few quotes from our guest, “best wedding food ever”, Smiles and service at Diani”. A special thank you to Sri Ashok, Kislay(the cake was amazing), Jane, Saumu, Mustafa, Richard (who greeted our messy room with a smile each day and ensured the Bache Loretta suite had everything we needed) Mary etc.
    We can’t wait to be back. You all will be missed. Warm Regards

    Diani Reef is magnificent. The staff are cheerful, welcoming and made our stay a most memorable one. However special thanks to Elizabeth(F/o).Dennis(the chef/cook at the egg station),Doreen for going the extra mile for guest comfort. The best staff member we encountered was the security guard at the beach Matinda Mwinga who is a leading example to all. He is excellent. Many thanks to the managers. You have brilliant crews. Keep it up.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at the Reef. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff are ever friendly and willing to help. Wish each one of the staff best, there help make Diani more special.     We Mr. S. Munshi & Mrs. M. Patel can not express any words about the staff at Diani Beach. One cannot fault any of them with anything been manners or politeness. They were all very very nice and made our stay a very happy and enjoyable one. Hope to come back again soon. May God bless all of you …your staff all deserve a big “BONUS”
