Mustafa, Juma & Francis displayed excellent customer service, they went above and beyond and stood out as top talent in this very sensitive hospitality industry. The GM is very hands on and his approach to handle and resolve certain situation was very much appreciated. He clearly sets the precedence and sets an example of what excellent customer care and talent management is all about.
